Cory – Managing Director

Cory spent the first 10 years of his career at Novartis gaining experience in sales, key account management, market access, market research and marketing roles within a global business unit, before moving agency side in 2005. Since then, Cory has led market research, digital, medical communications and creative agencies on both sides of the Atlantic. Cory founded BOOM! in 2018 to bring an explosion of experience to client needs. LinkedIn

Kim – Creative Director

Kim has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare communications, working across every aspect of the industry. She started her career as an Art Director before becoming Creative Director and joint Managing Director of a successful healthcare agency. Kim’s background gives her a unique view as Creative Director of BOOM! She is relishing the opportunity to focus on optimising, driving, creating and overseeing our creative output and igniting great creative. LinkedIn

Viv – Head of Client Services

With strong strategic drive and detailed knowledge of the project processes, Viv knows what is needed to develop the right solutions,
at the right time. She ensures our client services team are focused on forming the robust cross-functional working groups to deliver strategic and tactical excellence to our clients. LinkedIn

David – Head of Scientific Communications

Through working across academia, pharma and a diverse range of healthcare communication agencies, David knows how to get to the heart of a compelling message. His passion for clinical data and eye for detail ensures that each project lives up to its full potential. Prior to joining BOOM! David ran a healthcare communications agency providing invaluable writing and client services support to both pharma and agencies. LinkedIn

Ali – Head of Scientific Strategy

From launching CAR-T therapies to giving 20-year old brands a new lease of life, Ali has extensive experience acting as the agency strategy lead for pharma brands. He thrives on bridging the gap between the fine details of a therapy area and providing clear direction. With 9 years of medical writing experience, Ali knows how important it is to have a clear strategy underpinning every communication, as well as the compliance & regulatory requirements that are at play. Laura Head of Operations

Laura has close to 20 years’ experience of working in healthcare communications agencies. The majority of her career has been in Client Services, giving her a really solid understanding of both client and agency needs. Laura loves implementing and reviewing process to make the creative process more efficient and enjoyable for both the BOOM! and client teams. LinkedIn
